What to Expect

It may be helpful to give brief details when booking so reception can arrange the most appropriate appointment. Our reception team is specially trained to help you get the most appropriate care as quickly as possible — they may ask a few questions about your reason for attending.

  • When attending for a specialised procedure, please specify when booking so we can allocate the appropriate appointment time.
  • Patients with more than one issue should book a double appointment to allow adequate consultation time.
  • Urgent cases will be seen on the same day where possible, though we may not always be able to offer a choice of doctor or time.
  • If you have a form that needs completing, please advise reception in advance so we can set aside sufficient time.

We accept medical card, GP visit card, and private patients. No referral is needed to register with our practice.

Routine Appointments

Scheduled consultations are available for ongoing care, medication reviews, follow-up appointments, preventive health checks, and chronic disease monitoring. Routine appointments can be booked online 24/7 through our booking portal or by calling reception during opening hours.

We recommend booking routine appointments at least a few days in advance where possible to ensure you can see your preferred GP. Medication reviews and chronic disease reviews are typically scheduled every 6–12 months depending on your condition.

Same-Day & Urgent Appointments

If you have an urgent health concern, call us first thing in the morning. We always reserve slots for patients who need to be seen urgently. Our reception team will ask a brief question about your concern to ensure you are directed to the most appropriate appointment type.

Please do not attend the practice if you have symptoms of a highly infectious illness without calling ahead. We can advise on the most appropriate course of action to keep all of our patients safe.
