Following up on test results is important. We aim to contact patients with results by text message within approximately two weeks of receiving them from the laboratory.
How We Contact You
- We will send you a text message once your results have been reviewed by your GP
- Some results require a follow-up appointment — your GP or a member of our team will contact you to arrange this
- If you have not been contacted within two weeks of your test, you can use the form below to follow up
To receive results by text, you must have opted in to SMS notifications. If you are not sure whether you have consented, please call reception.
Important Information
- Only follow up on tests ordered by our GPs — results from hospital consultants or external specialists are reviewed directly by those services
- If you have a scheduled results review appointment, please confirm your test was completed before attending
- Please allow at least two weeks from the date of your test before submitting a follow-up enquiry
